Fermented in stainless steel and aged in new French oak, it gleams with a dark ruby hue edged in royal velvet. The nose is delicate yet intriguing — wild strawberry and raspberry tart meet tomato stem and elderberry, unfolding into black cherry and a whisper of poppyseed.
