Perched at 1,100 feet on rugged slopes within the Spring Mountain District, this Cabernet Sauvignon is born from 10-year-old vines thriving in wild, volcanic soils. Fermented in small stainless steel lots and aged in new French oak, it’s a wine crafted to tame mountain tannins while preserving the vineyard’s untamed spirit. In the glass, it shimmers deep plum with a halo of violet. The nose bursts with cedar, oregano, and rosemary, layered with grenadine and a whisper of rose petals. On the palate, a graceful floral entry gives way to a stony mineral core — granite and earth — finishing with a pure, fresh rush of acai and blueberry. Elegant yet elemental. A true expression of the Spring Mountain District’s lofty soul.
